Longwy Old Town Hall

For many weeks, Maelis worked on the manufacturing and renovation of lighting for the Longwy Old  Town Hall. After having traveled more than 900 km the Maelis team is happy to present the result of its know-how!

Maelis renovated the wood and brass chandelier, the metal and glass lanterns and the brass and glass ceiling light.

Maelis designed and manufactured the large lantern for the Longwy Old Town Hall. Modern in its form, the large lantern made specifically for the occasion is black patinated steel and features gold-plated brass finishes. The glasswares themselves are hand blown. The large size of this lantern light (1015 mm * 500 mm) illuminates and adorns the staircase of the Longwy Old Town Hall. For more elegance, the choice to hang the large lantern with a fabric sheath was made. This creation is a piece made on request to the unit.
